FertigAIte · In development

Precision conservation for working land.

One system for water, nutrients, pasture insight, and energy, now in development with a pilot planned at The Connected M Ranch.

The idea

Most operations still water on a schedule, fertilize a whole field to fix a few weak spots, and find out about stressed pasture after the fact. FertigAIte is being built to close that loop.

  • Sense: understand what the land needs, zone by zone.
  • Decide: turn that picture into a plan for water and nutrients.
  • Deliver: carry out the plan automatically and show what ran, where, and why.
  • Secure: protect every sensor, control, and account from day one.

FertigAIte · In development

Precision conservation, from rain cloud to root zone.

FertigAIte is designed to bring water, nutrients, energy, and pasture insight together in one system, so every input goes where the land actually needs it.

Make every gallon count

Capture and use water more efficiently, so the operation holds up through dry spells and depends less on outside supply.

Irrigate by need, not by timer

Water goes where and when each part of the pasture needs it, based on conditions on the ground.

Targeted nutrients

Fertility applied by need instead of by habit, for less waste, less runoff, and better forage.

See the whole pasture

Remote sensing that shows forage health across the property, so problems surface before you can see them from the truck.

Energy-independent by design

Built to run on on-site renewable power, including in places the grid doesn’t reach.

Built to replicate

Designed as a deployable platform, not a one-off, so it can scale to other ranches, farms, and conservation projects.

In progress

03

Pilot build

Installation on The Connected M Ranch in Delta County, Texas.

Planned

04

Field validation

Real seasons and real cattle, measured against a clear baseline.

Planned

05

Early access

Opening to a small group of partner operations.

Planned

Dexter cattle grazing tall summer pasture at The Connected M Ranch
The Connected M Ranch, Delta County, Texas: future home of the FertigAIte pilot.

Proving ground

Built for where the work actually happens.

Every CMR tool will run on our own ground first. The Connected M Ranch is our planned proving site, with real cattle, real horses, and real Texas summers. If it doesn’t hold up there, it doesn’t ship.

  • Designed to align with NRCS conservation practices
  • Sensors, controls, and data secured from day one
  • Built to be read from the tailgate, not a control room
